Business Unit Leader – Investigations
Registered CA(SA) required.

A highly esteemed financial organisation has a newly created senior position available for a Business Unit Leader – Investigations.
Position Overview:
The purpose of this position is to lead and direct the operations of the Investigations Business Unit (IBU). The Business Unit Leader – Investigations is accountable for the strategic alignment, operational coordination and execution of fraud risk identification solutions and anti-corruption work in the organisation.
The Business Unit Leader – Investigations is also responsible for the integration, and oversight of all Request for Investigations (RFI) activities across the various spheres of the organisation.
The role drives the planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of the objectives of the strategic plan across Investigations Business Unit ensuring the desired strategic impact.
Essential Qualifications and Experience required:
- Registration as a Chartered Accountant of South Africa CA(SA) or Registered Government Auditor RGA or ACCA with an ICFP/ ACFE / Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Accounting.
- A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience with at least 4 years in a Senior Management or Leadership role.
- Exposure in any of the Big 4 Audit firms, Management Consulting and Public Sector in an Auditing/ Investigative/Forensic environment.
