Senior Consultant – Financial Due Diligence

Preference will be given to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements.

Location: Sandton

 

Position Overview:

An exceptional opportunity has become available for a Senior Consultant – Financial Due Diligence at a multinational leading company in the professional services industry.

 

The Senior Consultant – Financial Due Diligence will participate in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements to both listed, un-listed and private equity businesses. Coordinate and manage the engagement team throughout the transaction process.

Analyse target information to identify key business trends, quality of earnings, networking, capital considerations, and net debt and other potential liabilities that may impact the valuation. Communicate issues as they arise.

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in financial due diligence
  • Bachelors / Honours degree and studying towards a professional qualification
  • Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP, M&A and Transaction Advisory Services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the following tools:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Power BI
  • Power Pivots
  • Alteryx
  • Spotfire
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally
