Senior Consultant (Post-Merger Integration) – Auditing, Accounting, and Advisory

Position Overview:
A multinational Audit, Accounting, and Advisory Talent firm requires the services of a proficient Senior Consultant – Post Merger Integration.
The Senior Consultant – Post Merger Integration must demonstrate proven extensive operational knowledge of M&A and Divestitures, including pre-deal operational due diligence, integration and separation planning and execution, synergy and cost savings analysis. The Senior Consultant – Post Merger Integration possesses extensive knowledge of two or more of the following functional areas: Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations, and/or Sales and Marketing.
One will proactively assist the team in various aspects of a deals project (due diligence, mergers/acquisitions, divestitures/spin-offs), and will experience the complete deal cycle, from due diligence to negotiations, Day One planning, systems integration and separation, synergy analysis, and stranded cost optimization. The Post Merger Integration will effectively manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and status updates.
Minimum Requirements:
Education Required:
- A Completed Masters’ degree (preferred fields of study: Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Information and Technology, Operations Management / Research)
- A minimum of 2 Years’ experience
