Claims Fulfilment Consultant (Financial Services)
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
A well-established financial services provider has an exciting new position available for a Claims Fulfilment Consultant.
The responsibilities of the Claims Fulfilment Consultant will be to ensure that the concern provides the best customer experience to all of its customers, internal and external, by resolving claims and providing support.
The appointed Claims Fulfilment Consultant will also be tasked with ensuring that the inherent goal of exceeding customer expectations as defined by regulations is followed on a regular basis. Together with the drive, to ensure timely claim settlement while applying Risk Management Principles at the Consultant Level.

- Practice and consistently promote effective relationship building.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A completed Grade 12 qualification.
- Insurance related qualifications such as FETC: Short Term Insurance NQF 4, and RE5.
- A minimum of 4 years Short Term insurance related experience preferably Homeowners Claims assessment experience.
- A minimum of 5 years Short Term Claims insurance related experience, preferably with Homeowner’s experience.
- A minimum of 5 Years HOC Claims experience.
- The candidate should respond on technical aspects of the policy and be able to translate from reports and respond accurately to the customers accordingly.
