What Does a Project Manager Do?

The project manager secures funding, manages the risks, issues and changes on the project, monitors progress against plan, manages the project budget, and maintains communications with stakeholders and the project organisation.
Project managers need elite levels of time-management, great interpersonal skills, and astute business acumen.
